- Company: The name of the company you applied for. Clicking this opens a page, you can select the template “Application Notes”.
- Role: The role you applied for, ideally linked to the job listing.
- Chance: An arbitrary guess on the likelihood of being hired. Feel free to remove it, it helped to take the sting out of rejections by tempering expectations.
- Status: Keeping track of the pipeline's position can be a signal to follow up.
- Ended: Rejection can happen at any point, I wanted to know where in the pipeline I was falling short, feel free to remove it.
- Referral: Did you get referred? Statistically should increase your odds.
- Date Applied: When did you apply?
- Last Contact: A good way to keep track if you need to follow up.
Possible improvements
Proper benefit tracking using a status, as this is different for everyone and every country you can decide how best to do this.
